Any argument or unwanted persistence will result in a permanent block and denial of any future service.Commissions & Paid WorkI currently accept all payments through Kofi or Paypal invoices. I only accept payments made in USD ($). You are responsible for any conversion fees charged by Paypal or Stripe.I expect full payment up front for all commissions or paid work except for projects exceeding $150. Commissions that are worth $150 or more need to be thoroughly discussed before any payments. Plans made must involve dates, times, and amounts due.Missing or skipping any agreed upon payments will result in me ending the commission process. You will receive a partial refund depending on how much work has been done, and WIPs with my watermark.RefundsYou may request a full refund for any commission as long as I haven't started the commission yet. If any drawing progress has been made, you will only receive a partial refund. The amount you are given depends on how much work has already been done for the commission. If the commission is refunded at any point, you'll receive money back and watermarked WIPs.Refunds are not available after the commission is completed.If you issue an unwarranted chargeback at any point, I will completely cancel the transaction. This will likely follow with a block and a warning to fellow artists to avoid business with you. If you need a refund, I'd rather you just talk to me.Usage RightsDo not edit, erase, or mess with my watermark.You are allowed to repost my work with credit. (a link to my profile)You are NOT allowed to edit my work in any way. If there needs to be changes, please ask me.You are allowed to use it for profile pictures and banners, with credit.You are NOT allowed to use my artwork for profit of any kind. I do NOT support reselling of any kind with my work, even when I'm offered a cut of profits.
